Onboard Over-Current Protection: The PHI-3.8-M™ comes with a standard 80A DC over-current on/off switch for safer operation. For quick operation, the switch is accessible from outside of the case. Industry-Wide Compatibility: Any inverter or charge controller is a potential pair for the PHI-3.8-M(tm) Batteries as long as the battery bank-to-inverter output sizing adheres to a 2:1 ratio. The PHI 3.8-M™ Battery utilizes safer Lithium Ion chemistry available, Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LFP). When combined with Briggs & Stratton's integrated high-performance Battery Management System (BMS), accessible 80A DC breaker On/Off switch and overcurrent protection (OCPD), the PHI 3.8-M delivers safer, highly efficient and cost-effective service over the life of residential installations.
